Agilent N5183A-520 100kHz-20GHz MXG Analog Microwave Signal Generator
Optimized to provide accurate and repeatable reference
signals in manufacturing. Provides better value for your investment
by increasing throughput, maximizing uptime, and saving rack space (2RU).
With scalable RF performance, easily configured to meet your specific
test needs, including LO and clock substitution, CW interferers, and
modulated signals for analog communication systems such as AM, FM,
PM (UNT), pulse (UNU) and narrow pulse (UNW), 8648/ESG code compatible.
For rack mount kit 1CP use AT-5063-9219
For rack mount kit 1CM use AT-5063-9212
Option UNW is not compatible with UNU
Features:
Mechanical attenuator with option 1E1
Fast switching speeds: <= 5ms in SCPI mode,
Option UNZ improves speed to <=1.15ms
Simultaneous frequency and amplitude switching at <=5ms,
Option UNZ improves speed to <= 900us in list mode
